"My husband and I chose this accomodation because of the whirlpool bath as we both have bad backs. It didn't work the first night and I reported it to the desk the next morning. They said they would have someone fix it and it didn't work again that night. Apparently maintenance was never notified and although they reduced our rate by $15.00 per night it was not the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that was stated on the card in my room."
